Writer's Cottage
A writer’s cottage was saved from demolition and repurposed as a guest cottage. Insulation was applied to exterior ; Existing collar ties became headers, replaced by tie-rods for openness. Cabinets are ‘home-made’ with salvaged board counters. Gas fireplace with bluestone and barn boards. There is a full bath. Lighting is custom or industrial salvage.
